Fix the issue not receive email after canceling order on the frontend

Issue: 

When I cancel an order on the front side and after not getting email on user & admin side 

Please check it. What is the issue in receiving mail?

Solution:

The issue is caused due to our module's bug.

The root of this issue is that the function mail PHP on Magento is rewritten from Magento 2.3.2 and above so the issue will happen when the email's sender name AddTo has specific characters like @,?

To solve the issue, we have changed this file app/code/Bss/CancelOrder/Controller/Index/Index.php

Please check and apply the fixed file on the site.
