The issue is caused due to the conflict between our module with the 3rd-party theme Smartware Porto on the site.

To fix this conflict, we would like to give you the solution as below.

We have made these files:

app/design/frontend/Smartware/porto/Bss_PreOrder/web/js/configurable/configurable.js

app/design/frontend/Smartware/porto/Bss_PreOrder/web/js/configurable/swatch-renderer.js

app/design/frontend/Smartware/porto/Bss_PreOrder/web/js/index.js

We would like to give the fixed files attachments 

Please check and replace them on the site to fix the conflict.
