Console error of the module on Magento version 2.1.7 and below

QUESTION:

I installed the module M2 Gift Card v1.0.0 on my Magento M2.1.7 and got the error with the shopping cart page.

ANSWER:

The issue is caused due to our module's file Magento_Checkout/js/model/cart/cache which does not exist in Magento 2.1.7 and below.

To resolve this issue, please download the attached file below and overwrite the current file on your site.

Here is the file: app/code/Bss/GiftCard/view/frontend/web/js/view/cart/totals/giftcard.js (Attachment below)
