ISSUE:
When we upload custom option images, they are temporarily saved in the media/bss/temp folder before the product is saved. Once the product is saved, these temporary images are automatically deleted, which is expected behavior.
However, there is an issue. If a colleague is working on a different product and saves their product before I save mine (with the uploaded images), my images in the temp folder are also deleted. This results in an error when trying to save my product with the uploaded images.
SOLUTION:
To resolve the issue, please download and replace the following files:
app/code/Bss/CustomOptionImage/Controller/Adminhtml/Json/Uploader.php
app/code/Bss/CustomOptionImage/Helper/ImageSaving.php
app/code/Bss/CustomOptionImage/Observer/CleanTempImage.php
