M2.4.2, v1.4.5 - How to fix issue breaks address in the admin section?

ISSUE:

When we have this module installed it breaks addresss in the admin section.

bsscommerce/customer-attributes 1.4.5

Magento ver. 2.4.2-p2

Uncaught ReferenceError: Unable to process binding "attr: function(){return {id:defaultAddressId} }"

Message: defaultAddressId is not defined

SOLUTION:

This is the M2.4.2 incompatible issue.

To resolve the issue, please download the file app/code/Bss/CustomerAttributes/view/adminhtml/web/template/default-address.html attached below to override the current file on your site as below
