[v1.3.1] Fix the issue breaks editing of invoice billing and shipping address

Issue:

I have updated version 1.3.1 on M2.4.1.

Going to the shipping or billing address edit page on an Invoice in admin gives the following Javascript JSON error:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token } in JSON at position 140

The JSON is:

    {

        "*": {

            "Bss_CustomerAttributes/js/order/address/customer-address": {

               "customAddress": }

        }

    }

Solution:

The issue happens due to the module's bug in the case that orders do not the customer address attribute

To solve this issue, we have edited this file app/code/Bss/CustomerAttributes/view/adminhtml/templates/order/address/form.phtml
