Issue:
After installing the GeoIP store extension, we tried to change the database for the IP address. But when this tab is opened in the configuration in the admin panel the page is blank i.e., nothing is displayed.

Solution:
First, you need to have an empty table to get the data on the site. This table will be created for the first installation time of our module.
After that, the admin config to import the data to that table.
Table name: bss_geo_ip.
The issue is caused due to the table bss_geo_ip does not exist on the site.
To solve the issue, please remove the module version on the DB and run setup:upgrade and static deploy.
