[v1.0.6] Fix conflict with Bss_Hide Price

Issue: 

We integrated the Bss_ GiftCard plugin, there is one issue we found that is the image not rendering in the cart checkout section.

If you add gift card to cart after selecting the template and all, and go to cart edit section where you can see all the added products including gift cart. There the image is not rendering, instead only it's html contents is coming with it's image url.

Solution: 

The cause of the issue is that there is a conflict between our module Gift Card and Hide Price.

To solve it, we have edited this file on the theme app/design/frontend/Codilar/kgi/Bss_HidePrice/templates/cart/item/default.phtml
