How to assign multiple attribute_sets to a single attribute?

Question:

I can not bind multiple set attributes to one attribute. When I use the separator | like this: attribute_set

Default|CT_129

It creates me an attribute_set "Default|CT_129".

And when I put multiple lines with the attribute and different attribute_set it only saves the last line. Is it possible to assign multiple attribute_set to a single attribute?
