Is Import/Export Product Reviews based on SKU alone needed to fill in Product ID and Review ID value?

We recently purchased the import/export product reviews for Magento 2.

We need a module that can map the products to the reviews based on SKU alone.

The Product IDs do not match for these products. We need a match based on SKU. Same products , same sku, different product ID.

We exported the Reviews from one store and tried importing it to another store and zero products are imported.

When our dev manually changed the Product ID and the Review ID to match the target store, the import happened for 3 of the 1500 products.

Can you please advise ?

Our module Import/Export Product Reviews for Magento 2 are working based on SKU and you could import by SKU alone. Product ID and Review ID aren't required.

For working most precisely, we recommend to leave the Product ID and Review ID in blank if you don't need that fields. Please check our sample CSV file on attachment for reference.
