Why I don’t see the new created Attribute Set available in product?

As per the demo "Attribute Set" shows up in the left hand menu when we create products in the Magento backend. We have followed all the instruction and configured it as per the instruction but in our case there is no "Attribute set" present in the product after we created a attribute set.

Could you please check some points below?

1- Please make sure to create groups:

2- Please note when creating: 

- After creating a group, it's neccessary to assign attributes into group in the right column.
