M2.3.7, v2.4.0: Conflict issue with M2.3.7

ISSUE:

My Magento version is 2.3.7-p4. I installed v2.4.0 CE for M2.4.5 and above. It appears the table customer_group_excluded_website is not installed. I don't believe that table exists on my version of Magento.

SOLUTION:

To resolve the issue, please edit the file app/code/Bss/MultiStoreViewPricingPriceIndexer/Model/ResourceModel/Product/Indexer/Price/Bundle.php as below:
