V1.0.8: (for site disbles MSI): fix errof of not showing "+" when adding new qty and qty = 0 when create credit memo

QUESTION:

I use your module version 1.0.8 for my site Magento 2.3.5_p1 since our site disables MSI. 

It works fine till now but I find 2 issues:

1. When I adding qty for products, it doesn't show the "+" in the quantity change column.

For example, if I add 10 qty, it shows 10 instead of +10.

2. When I create a credit memo and tick to Return to Stock, the stock quantity change = 0.

How to fix this?

To fix this error, please edit the 2 files as below:

app/code/Bss/InventoryReport/Ui/Component/Listing/Column/QtyChange.php

app/code/Bss/InventoryReport/Observer/OrderRefundObserver.php
