Checkout page is broken when the module is enable

When the Defer JavaScript extension is enabled, it destroys the checkout page.

In this case, could you please modify this file: app/design/frontend/default/galaelectronues/template/checkout/cart.phtml as below?
In script: <!--[if lt IE 8]> <![endif]-->, please split <input> and <script> into 2 separate parts.
