Tax Per Store View Question

Question:

If i have a setting for inc Tax for Australia store, and ex. Tax for US store, when user comes from us store and his shipping address is for aus so tax will apply or not?

Answer:

We would like to feedback that the tax will not be applied because our module will check according to "Storeview", not from "Shipping address"

So if you order products from US Store View, and shipping address is whatever, the tax will not be applied if you set ex. Tax for US Store View.
