How to delete table database of Hide Price/Call for Price for Magento 2?

Question: 

The first error showed that a block could not be found, but that was due to the wrong directory name (no camel notation). 

I've change the directory name and voila got the config page

Followed the manual trying to configure but when saving I've got an error again

Re-run the install procedure on the server, but now hitting the button "Advanced Hide Price" gives the following error:

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'tamsonacc_preinstalled_magento.bss_callforprice_form_fields' doesn't exist, query was: SELECT `main_table`.* FROM `bss_callforprice_form_fields` AS `main_table`

In this case, you need to uninstall the module:

- Go to database (phpadmin or adminer), find table setup_module

- find row Bss_AdvancedHidePrice, then remove it

- use ssh to run again: 

php bin/magento setup:upgrade

php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
