M2.4.5, v2.3.1: Fix PayPal payment issue in case the customer has logged in

ISSUE:

We've updated Bss One Step Checkout Module from 2.2.9 to 2.3.1 and the Paypal payment method stopped working on one step checkout page, problem is reproduced with PayPal sandbox credentials and in production mode too.

SOLUTION:

The PayPal payment method is not working properly in case the customer has logged in

To resolve the issue, please edit the file app/code/Bss/OneStepCheckout/view/frontend/web/js/action/set-payment-information-extended.js:
