M2.4.4, v1.2.1: Not working when the indexing is in "Update By Schedule" mode

ISSUE:

I have updated the extension to add the labels based on the special price but it is still not working. It always requires us to reindex this part after changing the special price: https://i.imgur.com/iClCC8e.png

We found an issue happening when the indexing is in "Update By Schedule" mode: https://i.imgur.com/K7rdETG.png

To resolve the issue, please download and add the following files attached below:

app/code/Bss/ProductLabel/Observer/ProductSaveAfter.php

app/code/Bss/ProductLabel/etc/adminhtml/events.xml
