Fix the issue the +/- not working on Porto theme when choosing a size

Issue:

I bought the module and it is working very nice.

However I found another problem with regards to adding products to the cart,  if you load a product page you can add via + / - qty to add to the cart, but as soon as you choose a size the + and - is not working anymore.

Can you see what causes this problem?

Solution: 

The issue happens due to the conflict with the Porto theme on the site.

The module re-renders the HTML, so the 2 buttons in the re-rendered block lose their binding.

To solve this conflict, please change this file

app/design/frontend/Smartwave/porto/Magento_Theme/web/js/theme.js
