[v2.2.6] Fix the issue the place order button displays again while waiting for the order to process.

Issue: 

We have recently come across an issue where some customers click the place order button and while waiting for the order to process are then clicking the place order button again. This is then charging them twice for the same order.

Could you please check and fix it?

Solution:

The issue happens due to the module's bug when the loader process stopped running even though ajax has still not finished running yet.

To resolve the issue, please change this file 

app/code/Bss/OneStepCheckout/view/frontend/web/js/view/place-order-btn.js

Please check and apply the file on the site.
