How to fix the conflict between Bss_OneStepcheckout and Bss_QuoteExtension?

Issue: 

We have used both module Bss_OneStepcheckout and Bss_QuoteExtension on M2.3.2 and had an issue when following these steps:

Go to My Account -> My Quote -> View quote -> Click Move to Checkout -> Choose payment and Place order 

Solution:

The root of the issue is that module One Step Checkout removes the block agreements of the default to move another part, so the quote cannot show the terms and conditions.

To solve it, we have changed this file app/code/Bss/OneStepCheckout/Plugin/Block/Checkout/Checkout/LayoutProcessor.php
