v1.1.3: How to fix incompatible issue with M2.2.0?

QUESTION:

I installed module version 1.1.3 for my site Magento 2.2.0 CE.

In the Admin, I cannot get a popup template to load.  I make the selection and click Load Template and nothing happens.

Is there any way to fix it?

To fix this incompatible issue, please edit file app/code/Bss/Popup/view/adminhtml/web/js/type_template.js  as below:
