How to fix the incompatible issue on Magento 2.4?

Issue:

We installed the Layered Navigation version 1.1.6 on M2.4 but getting errors. See below - can you advise?

Exception #0 (Magento\Framework\Exception\RuntimeException): Type Error occurred when creating object: Bss\LayerNavigation\Model\ResourceModel\Fulltext\Collection\Interceptor

Solution:

This issue is caused due to that our module does not support Magento 2.4 at this time.

However, we have provided the hot-fix solution to make our module work well on Magento 2.4 now.

We have modified two files

app/code/Bss/Model/ResourceModel/Fulltext/Collection.php
app/code/Bss/etc/frontend/di.xml

and deleted this file app/code/Bss/Model/ResourceModel/Search/FilterMapper.php

Please check and replace these files on your site to solve the problem.
