Cancel order does not work on M2.3.x when converting date config - Consider Cancelation after

BSS Commerce’s Magento 2 B2B ExtensionIssue:

I am using version 1.0.4 on Magento 2.3.3, but I found that the orders are not canceled.

Also, all pending orders after 08 January 2020 should be canceled by this config. But they are still pending.

Also can't find any log file.

Solution: 

It is our module's bug on Magento 2.3.x when converting date config - Consider Cancelation after.

We would like to give you the solution to fix the issue as below:

Step 1: Modify this file app/code/Bss/AutoCancelOrder/Helper/CancelOrderImplementation.php

Step 2: Add the new file app/code/Bss/AutoCancelOrder/Helper/ConvertDate.php

Step 3: Flush the cache

Please check the attachment files and update them on your site.
