Problems with indexer and apply rules with the price products

Question:

I have found problems with the indexer and in "apply rules" with the price products.

In this case, we assume that the cause of the issue is due to the relationship between the tables in the database of Magento 1.9 is not enough which creates redundant data. 

Therefore, it is recommended that you should add the additional conditions according to the latest Magento's database for the catalogrule_product_price_store table to solve the issue.
