Fix the issue with log-in when shop does not have a register page to register

Question:

I am using the Pro Login to Access Pages version when clicking “create account” it goes to my home page. It does not go to the create account page.

Please advise.

Answer:

The issue you have is caused due to the fact that your store is disabling the account.

To enable it, please follow our guide:

- Settings > Checkout:

- Customer accounts => choose 'Accounts are optional'

Please check and process it on your store.
